Who am I:

I attended Robert Morris College in Coraopolis, PA graduating in 1979 with an Associate’s Degree in business.

I moved to Salisbury, MD in 1980 and began my career in financial services industry. I held various position in banking before transitioning into financial investments in 2002.

I currently hold Series 6,7,63 and 65 securities licensees as well as my life and health insurance license.

I also hold a PPC, Profession Plan Consultant designation received from Fi360.

I started my journey of saving money when I was six years old and received a financial gift from my grandparents. At that time, my mother suggested I open a savings account at a local bank with that gift. That savings account instilled in me, even at a young age, the importance of saving for the future. Every financial gift thereafter went to that savings account. When I was older and started working, a portion of my paycheck always went into my saving account. When I went to college, there was money, along with the help from my parents pay college expenses.

My first job out of college was with a bank. At that job, I continued my “on the job” education of the importance of savings. I learned from my client’s examples and stories the right and wrong way of handling money. I learned that money should be made to “work” for me.

While working in the banking industry, I learned much more than just saving money. I learned about borrowing, and the importance of good credit. It was in banking I was licensed to sell insurance products and mutual funds. The job in the bank led to a career in financial services. Starting in 2002, I began my career working with another financial advisor. In 2003 I moved to my own office and became an Independent Financial Advisor, all the while, continuing to educate myself and obtain additional licenses and certifications.

Today, I have a diversified client base, serving younger people just getting started to people needing income in retirement. I like to say, “this thing called life is an education in its self. Each person must decide for themselves how they’re going to navigate the challenges”. Let me help you realize your financial dreams, call me, I can help.
